UNISTAGE CIRCUIT DESIGN

GEN 3 SUPERPAK
The new third-generation BAT SuperPak is the result of hundreds of hours of listening tests and represents a significant leap forward in the transparency and openness of BAT’s preamplifiers. The new SuperPak is a hybrid construction with two capacitors integrated into each shell one of which is the world’s finest silver-in-oil capacitor. These capacitors are carefully assembled within a low-resonance shell to eliminate colorations caused by unwanted vibrations. With the BAT SuperPak, you can expect enhanced clarity and effortless reproduction of low-level detail, as well as a captivating sweetness and naturalness throughout the entire sound spectrum.
SHUNT VOLUME ATTENUATOR
The volume control is often the weakest link in many preamplifiers. BAT’s innovative Shunt Volume Attenuator is a CPU controlled ANALOG resistor ladder volume control. The signal stays 100% in the analog domain and uses high quality Vishay metal resistors for minimum parts in the signal path. Each preamplifier has extremely precise steps of only 0.5dB so you can set the volume exactly where you like it and have the same quality at all volumes.
